Uh Oh Jamie Foxx's Daughter Modeling? Proud Dad

 
      Well it is true the famous actor Jaime Foxx's daughter 20 year old Corinne Foxx has made her modeling debut for the company icing.  Excited and explaining to the world that modeling is so much more then just looking pretty in front of the camera, Corinne has joined other celebrity kids in front of the camera.  Just recently at a photo shoot for the icing company line  Jaime Foxx surprised his daughter with water and snacks to show his support and tell his daughter "Keep doing your thing". Now that is what you call a good father daughter relationship.
 

    It's not clear what the future holds for young Corinne Foxx but the world has agreed on one thing, she is beautiful and experienced when I comes to being in front of snapping cameras, since her father Jaime Foxx has literally been taking her t red carpet events since she was 10 years old.
    The sky is the limit for Corrine Foxx so keep pushing your way to the top and if you do you might be as famous or surpass the fame that your father as already established for himself.

Raymond Felton Jeopardizes NBA Career - Stupid Mistake

     
  Point guard Raymond Felton was recently released on Tuesday night out on bail of $25,000.00, after being charged with 2 felony weapons possession charges after his wife's lawyer reportedly turned in a loaded handgun to the Manhattan police department.  With so many rumors about what actually happened and where Felton's future with the New York Knicks is headed, the important point to focus on here is that a NY judge has granted Felton permission to travel and play with his team and he will have a court date on June 2nd of this year to deal with the case at hand. Oh, and let's not forget that he actually got arrested for weapon possession!
   
      If you recall another Nba player an actual Nba all-star Gilbert Arenas was arrested back in January of 2010 for a gun situation, that in the end resulted in him being let go by the Washington Wizards. After that Arenas bounced around the league a little with that situation lingering over his head and then winded up playing overseas in China. Arenas is currently playing for the Shanghai Nights, and let's not forget the other player in that Arenas altercation Javaris Crittenton who is now awaiting trial for an alleged murder and drug charges from Atlanta.

     

     Even though the Arenas situation was stemmed by an alleged argument over an unpaid gambling debt and  Raymond Felton's situation is rumored to have stemmed from a domestic dispute of some kind both situations involved guns and well known guards in the Nba.  At the end of the day the New York Knicks will have to rally around their starting point guard (Felton) in order to try to pull some type of run in order to make it to the nba  playoffs.

Rick Ross's New Collosal Album and How He Masterminded A MasterPiece

               So unless you guys have been under a rock for the past couple of months, you should have already heard about the new Rick Ross album "Mastermind" and seen the track listing along with hearing a couple of choice tracks off the master piece of an album.


   
         His album is the most anticipated album to drop in hip hop since Jay Z dropped the Magna- Carta last year. With collaborations with Jay-Z and long time rival now friend Young Jeezy, Rick Ross has taken hip-hop dope boy music to a whole new level. With rhythmic beats with classical horns and undertones, dirty south crunk beats, and of course his famous deep raspy voice Rick Ross has truly put his heart and soul into his new album dropping March 1st called MasterMind.  This is literally one of the most diverse and well collaborated albums to drop in a long time and with P. Diddy himself producing it, you know that the album has that extra flare and appeal to hip hop fans young and old.
  
      Rick Ross has recently been blowing up headlines as of late also, due to his purchase of former boxer Evander Holyfield's 109 bedroom Alice in wonderland property that sit on over 200 + acres of land in Atlanta. Along with his highly successful and well known label Maybach Music Group with a popular roster of artists such as: Wale Folarin the DC poet, Meek Mill the Philly Street Spitta, West Coast rapper Stalley, Chi-town New kid Rockie Fresh and His group Triple C featuring artist Gunplay. As you can see  Rick Ross is making power moves all over the place and has been keeping himself and his artists relevant for some time now. I mean you can't turn on your local radio station or satellite radio without hearing the emcees artists or his voice over his own street appealing tracks.
  
      All I can say is if you are a fan of hip hop this album is one for you to get, I already got my copy and the album is a listen straight through album no skips required. Salute to the Boss Mr. Ricky Ross!

Kerry Washington and Scandal Returns Thursday night

     This Thursday night Olivia Pope played by Kerry Washington returns to our television screens in the third season of the popular show Scandal. The show depicts the life of a president who is having an affair with a woman who's job is to clean and cover up all political scandal surrounding him and his campaign. Although, Mr. president is married he continues to do his dirt with Olivia and at the end of last season the world was introduced to her father and her mother.
    
     After finding out that the man that was sending assassins to kill her was her father and that her mother was still alive and not the person she thought she was, Olivia is about to have the world around her literally come falling down on top of her. Along with the fact that the guy who saved her life (jake) is no more things truly look like hey will get chaotic. So, yes people this season is already shaped up to be the most drama filled, action packed thrill ride of primetime television for the masses.
     
     The actress (Kerry Washington) also secretly wed her NFL husband in 2013 while season 2 was still airing and fans of the show were wondering what insane thing would the actress (Kerry Washington) do next?. Then the unthinkable happened, fans across the nation were disgusted when season two ended so abruptly and season 3 was postponed due to the main character (Kerry Washington) admitting to being a coupe of months pregnant!
     
       After the network announced that the 3rd season of Scandal would jump off Feb.27th,2014 everyone including Wendy Williams marked the date on their calendars.  So she's backkkkk folks! Olivia Pope is back to clean up the messes and save the day on prime time TV and add a little excitement into the lives of working women across the nation.
     
     Tune in to episode one of season 3 of Scandal this Thursday for what is expected to be the best season yet of the most popular show to date on prime time TV.
    
       I am already getting my night organized in advance so that I can flop down on my couch with a nice hot cup of green tea and my favorite blanket, with a steaming hot bowl of buttered popcorn with my cellphone on silent. I can't afford to miss one second of the first episode due to distractions or interruptions by my friends or family not talking about anything important.  So get all of your errands done and join me this Thursday night guys to watch Kerry Washington in the new season of Scandal.

Retro Jordans scam! Don't Fall for The Hype

     So as all of my sneaker heads know the retro Jordan 10's (powder blue, black and white) were released on Saturday that just passed Feb 22,2014, and 2 separate pair of Jordan's retro 6's (white and infrared, and porche red and black) were released the Saturday after valentine's day.  All three releases were priced at $170.00 retail and only available in select stores to certain individuals with winning raffle tickets and also online at certain websites on a first come first serve basis.  Below are pictures of all 3 shoes, and now I will get to the point of my post.


                                                         
    As I stood in line for my pair of retro jordan 13's on both Saturday's, I was approached by two women that asked me what shoe size I wore. Due to the fact that it was 1. Early and 2. their question caught me off guard my reply was almost instantaneous, I responded quickly and dryly "Why"?. The answer one of the women gave me shocked the heck out of me you guys, she said "well we wanted to know because we have three winning lottery raffle tickets for size 9 in men's that we are willing to sell for $275.00 a piece so do you by chance need a size 9".

      Now I can't lie you guys a cluster bomb of rage and irritation rose up in me out of nowhere, I replied "You gotta be kidding me there are only $170.00 so no I'm not interested in your raffle ticket for almost a hundred freaking dollars then what they are worth"!
   
       Shaken up by my forceful response, they both looked at me said "whatever" and walked up to each and every other person in line trying to scam them out of an extra $100.00. See to be honest guys, everyone is issued a raffle ticket when they go to their local sneaker store to sign their name on the raffle ticket list.

       However, only the people called by each shoe store and told personally that they have been chosen to be able to purchase the retro jordan 6's are supposed to show up on that Saturday when the store opens at 8am to pick up their shoe. The problem is, random people with raffle tickets that were not personally contacted show up anyway. Just to try to make a quick buck off of people that did not get a chance to sign up for the raffle for each shoe for whatever reason trying to sweet talk the store employees into selling them a pair anyway.
   
       So picture this, you break your neck and the neighborhood speed limit to be the first or at least fifth person in line waiting for the Footaction to open. The employees raise the gate and say "If you don't have a raffle ticket with a number that is on our selected tickets list you won't get a pair of Retro Jordan's today"!.

      Then all of sudden right before you start to cuss one of the employees out or try to sweet talk them into selling you a pair out of the kindness of their heart, someone yells out that they have a raffle ticket for your size shoe that is a guaranteed winner. You rush over to them and ask "how much?". They tell you $275.00 and you know the price is to steep and down right ridiculous, but because you have to have retro jordans you cough up the money with a tight fit cold cash.

        They disappear and you rush back in line this time at the back since you lost your place, you wait for an hour to get back  to the front only to be told by one of the employees that the ticket you have was not one of the one's selected. Now, guess what? That scam artist knew their ticket wasn't selected for the retro jordan 6's, thy didn't receive a call from the shoe store, but with your $275.00 in their pocket they can now go by a pair online or use your money for something else.
    
        Please, please, please be smart guys if you get a raffle ticket and no store employee calls you, get your butt up before 8am get on the store's website and purchase the retro Jordan's there at 8am. Remember though it will always be first come first serve, but if you can get the shoe in your online cart you are home free and at the most you will pay shipping plus the $170.00 for the shoe not an outrageous $200.00 or more dollars!

Nicki Minaj: The Drama Continues!

    So yes you guys guessed it Nicki Minaj is in hot water once again with hip hop fans across the globe. The femcee recently released a track called "Lookin A** Ni**a" that has sent the hip hop world into a frenzy with it's girl power lyrics directly targeting and putting men all over on blast. Not only that but a few male emcee's such as Cassidy and others have taken it upon themselves to do a remixed version bashing women.
    



       If that's not enough, when she originally dropped the track for her fans and the world to hear she debuted it with a picture of Malcolm X holding an ak47 rifle similar to the one she holds in her video as her artwork for the track. Now you know that that also offended many people, in their eyes the gutsy move by the female emcee showed disrespect to his family and his legacy as an activist for African American civil rights.
  
       Yesterday Nicki  Minaj held a phone interview with Angie Martinez to explain that to her the picture of Malcolm X was a parallel for her because Malcolm himself had to deal with shady male characters in his lifetime to. She also stated that in no way was she trying to disrespect his legacy or his family. However, of course there will be some that won't let this go! Nicki then stated that the picture of Malcolm was not the original artwork for the track and that someone sent the photo to her and that she took it down from all of her social media networks. All I'm saying is alright already people, she made a mistake, she owned up to it, and then she rectified the matter so stop getting after her already! sheesh!
 
       However, the backlash of the song itself continues by many yea you guessed it guys all around the globe that go to the club and literally hunt women down or just get on their nerves in general. Nicki Minaj stated that she has grown tired of male emcees making tracks that degrade and talk badly about women, so she decided to make a track that turned the tables to speak for females everywhere. At the end of the day she's pretty much saying the track itself isn't directed at anyone in particular, so enough already guys.
