Do You Know How To Post Adds On Craigslist?

Ok, so I feel that some of you guys need a little help with understanding how to maneuver on Craigslist to advertise your business.  Craigslist can be your free advertising platform, it can bring you in large numbers or it can be your worst enemy. Think about it Craigslist is like one of the top 7 major traffic websites that exists today so it can help you reach tons of people on the minute and by the minute, but if you don't understand their constantly evolving rules you won't be successful using it as a marketing tool for your business.

Many people every day pshh! every hour have their business adds ghosted or just out right deleted by the scan bots that craigslist uses daily to prevent online marketing business people like you and I from expanded our business off of their website.  There are are 3 main factors that can determine the success or downfall of your post on Craigslist and here they are:

1.) Your post title and Location- If you are trying to post an add about your online business don't put a title that literally says be apart of my business (business name + .com) then post it in a group for cars for sale or something like that. C'mon now you should already know that your add will be deleted ASAP!. Put a title to your post that is eye catching and that will interest a person to click on it and make sure that you put it in the right group where it can be seen by people and not targeted as spam or a scam by Craigslist!

2.) Post content- Please understand that you do not have to write some long drawn out description that will bore a reader to death all the time. If you post an add in the business section and select small gig or odd job then briefly describe if you choose what your business is all about. If your title as mentioned above is catchy enough 9 times out of 10 you won't even have to type a description to be honest. It's really all about how you present your business or it's products to people.

3.) Images/Links - Most people will post an add with a whole description about their business and won't include any images or even a link that people can click on that will take them to a separate window that will open up to your personal website. This is a must guys you can't just think someone is going to read your 2 page add and be interested you know as well as I know we as people love a great visual whether it be a great picture or a link that will take us to a live video or a live fully functional website. Use this to your advantage to help you stand out from the rest of the millions of people trying to promote their businesses on Craigslist just like you are.

4.) IP Address/Tracking- Please guys please do not check your craigslist posts everyday from your home computer. Your personal computer has a certain finger print or (IP address) that Craigslist tracks by putting cookies on your computer every time you sign into your account to try and spot online marketers and shutdown their accounts. Go to your local Starbucks coffee shop or somewhere where you can access wifi and check your accounts trust me the IP addresses are different then your personal one at home and you can have more freedom to work.

I hope that these tips will help guide you in the right direction towards creating better posts on craigslist to promote you and your business and if you are looking for more information please contact me and I can give you more pointers and I can help you make money with the top company of 2013 just click on my link and provide me with your information.
